converting my early bay to disc brakes!!

basically i have bought a late bay disc setup for my 68 bay and just wondered how to make the conversion plates to make it the right stud formation? my father in law is going to make them up for me but some pics or tips on how to make them would be much appreciated. do you need to drill studs out etc?

sounds like your looking to make a set of adapters to convert from 112 to wide 5?
