Just got my first T2 and had to find out the 69 is rather special ;-)
MMhh, got some Cosmic 5/205 since they are the only ones with TUV in Germany.
Now I found out there is no centre cap available for the 1969 year?

Any suggestions?
Tyres that were supposed to fit, also dont :(
195/60-15.
What do you run on Cosmics?

Thanks for your help.

What offset are they?
Radish off here is running these (Cosmics), drop him a pm dude.

I was going to say spacers but looks like the offset may be wrong??

ET22, they only come in that size with TUV.
Offset was my thought, but it looks like I have to go to 175/70-15.
Still open the center cap problem, though.
I even had to take of the spline of the big nut to get the wheel on.

Are you going to lower the bus?
Camber will help a bit... and tyre size can be changed 185 or 175-55-15?! ( Tyre change with spacers should sort it i think)

There are lads on here that have the answer you require... Sit tight, they will be here soon.......... after they have had there sunday dinner! ;)

I had a similar issue with mine, but mine wouldn't go on as at all as the centre caps are none removable!

Late bay stub axels and modified bits later they fitted....... Why do we do it!!!!!?

Thanks;-) will have family dinner now as well!
Will be lowered in future. Agree 175/70-15 will be the way to go!
Just starting......
Worked on my VW Type 3 (1600) with a Rover V8 engine for the last couple (20 ;-) ) years and thought it might be time for something new!
