Ive been nursing the door along (hid it with duck tape) and found this.
The boys always said that they got cold in the back of the van.

Just got to get it to open better, had the sills done inc the door runner recon that they could be out of line a bit, closes ok but sticks a bit opening. Will play with the adjustments tomorrow got a bit late 11.00pm to bang in the garage.

thats what my sliding door looked like, after a few days and lots of bent bits of steel it was solid again, although now its painted and on the van it doesnt look right!

nice door that ;) check your slider mechanism hasn`t got broken fingers. Also the adjustment on the bottom roller is quite important and can cause sticking.

Not sure of the colour though.

The wife reckons it looks like the sesame street bus, lots of different colours.

hey RD like Scott says check your alignment also check the rail under the trach cover is clean from rust etc . Is the white nylon sliding guide badly worn as this can effect the door hinge pin opening . Or if said hinge pin is seized got debris in it etc . As a final tweak on the rear inside of the door are 4 10mm headed bolts that hold the rear mechanism into the slider its self . There is a certain degree of adjustment in these too ..... So it all helps
