I got mine made up for my crewie by http://www.conceptsails.com.
Based in Poole, Dorset. Check out the 68 US Double Cab thread in the gallery section for pics. Will cost between £200 and £300 depending on fabric and colour etc. They made mine (to measure) in an afternoon.
