I'm doing this soon, i just popped to my local material suppliers they will cut it to size for you.

i am in cambridge but my mum is doing it for me as she is re covering as well and she is in cheshire

Recently used these for my foam, they are local to me but will post. It cost me £65.08 for 3" foam cut to size for a full width bed.
