Can anyone tell me if you can remove the top of the dash without removing the bottom part that houses the clocks and switches?

Cheers guys.

Yes, but you need to be fairly flexible and patient.
The nuts at the top of the metal part of the dash which require a deep socket to undo or much fiddling with a spanner.
It's easier if you drop the glovebox and dash pod out though.

Thanks for that mate.

Think I better wait till I need to remove the whole lot
