Dating letter

Hi I need a dating letter that DVLA will accept to get my bus registered. Does anyone do this at all. Thanks in advance... Hollie

VW do a 'birth certificate, small fee, and DVLA accept it.

I know DVLA also accept letters from clubs on some makes of cars, but i don't know which VW clubs DVLA have on their list, if any.

We ordered the Birth Certificate from the Stiftung automuseum for my other half's Jeans Beetle, great piece of literature, but quite pricey for what it is. Also took ~9 months or so for them to process it(!)

The split sccreen van club offer a dating letter service which I believe the DVLA accept, I'm sure they'd do similar for a bay?

If you join the vintage VW owners club for £ 29, they will do you one for free, got mine within a week, happy days....
