Any one got any experience of buyers raising disputes following purchases??

Can eBay take the funds from your PayPal account to reimburse the buyer??

I sold a washing machine and the buyer is now moaning its stopped working after using it for three weeks.

I had no idea it was going to break, it's not like I was offering a guarantee!!

They knew it was secondhand and years old so surely you take your chances??

Anyone know what eBay can do or have experiences of similar situations??

They are known to favour the buyer, but given the time involved and the acceptance initially of the item you could be ok.

Its worked in my favour a couple of times...

They will whip the money back out and hold it until the dispute is settled

Phone them they are helpful.
Has a case come up if they took the goods the only way they can say anything is if you had said it was brand new. :scared0016:
