The wife is wandering whether its worth selling our bay and getting a T25 Joker.
She was talking to her brother and it seems they both prefer these to our bay, bearing in mind ours still isn't on the road and she has never been in it.
What does a T25 have over a bay?
I know all about it being a newer model, more modern etc etc but there must be downfalls to it.
So really stupid question but Bay or Joker?

sell your wife and get both!

I was in a mint T25 Holdsworth conversion a few weeks ago with tons of money spent on it, it was quite the conversion so well kitted out but no matter how much i looked at it and admired it, it just doesnt have the classic looks and character of an earlybay.

if you sell it youll regret it, eventually :(

ya gotta keep the faith an stick with the bay! T25 just not the same, it'll not make you smile when u drive( no offence to t25 drivers) keep it bay!

When you stand next to a stock T25 you realise just how BIG they are! If you need the interior space then that's great, but to me they seem a bit too big - mind you, I wouldn't say no to a T25 single or crewcab!

;)

Now a synchro might set my heart a flutter, but gotta be the bay look at the style shes beautiful, the T25 has a bloody cramped engine bay,the 1600 struggles, the 2ltr is thirsty, the diesels slow and even more cramped in the engine bay.....

There rising in price rapidly at the mo as well (probably as a result of the larger living space)

http://club80-90.co.uk check this site out fella if you want to research them, there a nice enough bunch

i've had 4 t25's and a Karmann gypsy and the bay wins hands down, i do like wedges, but a early bay is far far far cooler.

You/or your mrs surely can't make that sort of decision until you've at lest traveled/camped in the bay can you?

Just try and forget about what she said, or if you if she says it again, just say you would love to get married again that should keep her mind off it :D then have a honey moon in the van, she will then associate it with amazing times and it will never go :D

This is my old T25 its the all singing all dancing LLE which means you can have a Rave in the back its that big and the the rear seat was a R an R . so the bed was huge . At one point i considered selling the Gadget bus and keeping this but the missus said shed Leave me if i did Bless her ....

Ive got to say a truly sorted T25 is brillant and will cruise at 85mph with a 2.1 inj engine . But you are Never gunna beat the looks and friendly ness of an Early .

Also when you finish your bay YOU can turn round and say '' I did that its all my work '' Not a check book .Once your wife starts seing it come back together and start to look like a bus then she'll want to keep it
