Dropped spindles, hoarse shoe plates, adjustable shocks and all that stuff....

I want to drop my 68 very soon and am just wondering what people are fitting and what works well ?

I’ll be fitting dropped spindles on the front keeping the drum brakes because they work well as I’ve just completely replaced them all round and looking at fitting a line lock to the front, adjustable shocks and adjustable hoarse shoe plates to the rear

There is a how variety of options for the front. Horse shoe plates are dodgy as hell, you want adjustable spring plates.

Line lock? You got a big motor in the back and do racing?

Its a fairly well trodden path at this point in time. Dropped spindles, beam adjusters (narrowed beam in you are going low low) and hydro/air/coilovers dampers up front with tiny tyres
As Karlos said, forget horseshoes, just get adjustable springplates.
