Dubs in the Rain - The very late Early Bay!

Here's some pics. Not many of early bays coz I was late - didn't get there til about 3pm after driving through the rain for about 2 hours but hey! Check out the pirate bay - ratty! And some other Veedubs.

I like the red notch, they look perfect down there in the weeds don't they. And that colour is the best of all.

its got a single wiper conversion too, low indicators would have been nice though. those round ones just remind me of old mens 1970's trailors or cheap kit cars.
black and yellow bug is a nice change from the endless anal resto cals. im a big resto cal fan but you cant beat a bit of custom.

just got to read all the replies - cheers one and all. The nazis in IT at work have blocked access to any of the forums here so work will, from now on, be a very tedious place to be.

The notchback cleared up on the day. best interior, best this, bets that. it was really spot on, loads of detail and lots of shine. had a little wooden luggage rack on the back and everything. well smart.

Makes you wonder - maybe room for another one???!!!

my mate(simon) owns the red type 3, he done well for 3 trophys for the day

i got 1 for my vw derby
other mate( darren) got 1 for his t25
and tall paul got 1 for his green bay
