early bay body work repair specialists in Midlands area?

Hi everyone

Last saturday I drove my beloved camper van into the back of a Ford Focus and am now looking for a garage in my area which can fix the damage. The problem I have is that the van is painted in a 3 colour custom design. The insurance company have sent an estimator from their approved repairers but he implied that it was too much of a specialist job for them. Can any one recommend a type 2 bodywork specialist in the midlands area who can work wonders with metal and also recreate a custom paint job?

Also does anyone have any suggestions about how I could go about upgrading my brakes so that this doesn't happen again?
