Earthing a battery

When wiring my leisure battery in do I earth to chassis?or do I earth to the earth on the main battery,
Or do I return all my appliances to earth and main?
I'm going to be using a seperate fuse box and my fridge will also be 240/12 and the leisure battery will be charged from dynamo
