Engine Bay Metal/Mesh guards?

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what the black metal/mesh inserts are the the fire system is attached to is?



Can these be bought anywhere?
I'm also interested in the fire system if anyone has one or links to it.

Engine bay insulation/noise deadening panels, that design is fitted to 1971 on buses, earlier buses just had solid fibreboard.

Rackhams in the UK sell them.

Unless I'm mistaken they are for crossovers and late bays, early bays had tar boards.
Saying that my friend has been making me one so I'll see when he has finished.
