Engine spec to pull a trailer with Beetle Racecar?

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on size and spec to put in the back of the bus?

The current 1600 probably wouldn't cut the mustard

how about a upgrade to a 1641 with performance cam and carbs??

it won't set you back as much as a 1776 - you should get enough torque from this upgrade for towing the beetle

yeah sounds do able, just need something thats not going to struggle to much, the bug will be pretty light hopefully :mrgreen:
