Could someone be kind enough to measure the distance between the top of a fanhousing to the engine bay roof on a bus WITHOUT an engine raise please?

Odd request I know :lol:

Measured mine, see picture, there is also 1/2 inch of insulation on the engine bay roof, so add that on. "click on the picture to enlarge"
 
Cheers chaps, got IDA’s on tall scat trac manifolds and was wondering how much room I’ll have lol. 3 1/2” should be ample for the air flow into the carbs.
