Last weekend we ended the camping season before the Vans are 'wintered' for some work and protection ..

Mines the 68 model. My mate runs a 69.

nice camping pics - have u got your mate signed up on here, get him to post some pics ?

Nice set of buses there! It still looks like summer in those pics with everything green. Leaves are almost done changing color where I live in the States.

Quality pics dude! hope the camping was good. I am off this weekend. Gonna be ace! 8)

Hi clem
Cool vans just a question does your van have a shelf above your bed or does the ply roof liner go up to the rear door
Cheers

Clem,

Nice vans - was wondering if the boys in blue have ever stopped you and queried the US style plates ? I have just had a set made up for my 69'Devon and they look cool so I was planning leaving them on but taking them off on MOT day (and keep the original plates handy ) !!

Also, your van is lowered but looks like you run the stock wheels and tyres - are they 185x14, I am about to lower my bus by 3" and was hoping to keep the original wheels, any problems with the front arches when steering on full lock ?.

thanks 8)
stay cool

Hi. It has the luggage net in the rear instead of the shelf.
68/69 only, I think?
Almost useless in reality, but I like it! :)

No hassle, as yet, from the Feds. I guess its a game of chance and depends how bored they are, or what else Im upto.
Ill take the chance till then, though. :)

They are the stock wheels and tyres, no issues with arch rubbing and they only top out on the tubs when a big hit is incurred, but I guess some stiffer shocks would help there?

:D
