The bed itself is a quality piece of kit, goes together easy and once figured out where to drill the holes it is super simple to fit.

I changed the title of the thread and hope it is helpful to others wit all the pictures Lee and others posted. I will post some more of the hinge assembly later.

Thank you buddy hope you and your family enjoy it. If you need any more ill have 10 in holland end of the month as I have someone out there supplying them for me.
 
I have a 3/4 to fit, I'll be doing it when I get home from Afghan. Lee made up a little plate for me to mount up my bed as I didn't want to pull the fuel tank out. I have a x-over so my seatbelt mounts are all over the shop.
