Hi guys/girls.
Where can I get the flowers that hang from the interior mirrors?

My wife keeps going on about them so thought I'd get some!

So here is the next question...why do people have the flowers ? Just for the look ?

I think so, I reckon it's a bit of,,, I've been surfing in Hawaii sort of inuendo and there's my lae to prove it , and VWs have a fair old connection with the surf community as they were such a cheap reliable form of transportation that could also manage a board or two and there was lots of them, plus all the reasons we like them too. Plus they look real good fun and cute as.

Funny you should say that Mr Mcfly,, Ive got three sets hanging from my mirror just like that but not dice, cubes but ones leopard skin and ones cow skin and the other ones summfink else all fake obviously, and lots of other tat like sunny's and phone cord and pens and crap.

cos some of us T5'ers used to run bays and still appreciate them but for whatever reason went modern, I still wave at bays but you're all snooty gits now lol!

it was only today that i sounded my horn, flashed lights and 'waved' at a BMW. (think i might be missing the point of flowers and have the gestures all wrong when it comes to making friends....)

I wave at anyone driving a vw camper split, bay, wedge, T4, T5 I guess that when the bay window came along they where considered not as cool as the split and when the T25 came along the bay was considered cool. Since the T4 T5 have arrived I have noticed a lot of T25s that have been slammed and now these seem to be cool

I've been going to shows for a long time way before I had a bus, now I send more time going camping in it and less time at shows, pre=internet I loved going there was so much auto jumble it was great.... now if you want stickers, T-shirts or other VW related gift items then your fine

I miss the grass roots shows

Yep! No regrets, 1000 miles a year in the bay, 8000 so far in the 5.... Faster cheaper and I confirm the beer tastes identical.
