Fly wheel issue

Hi I have a 73 bay and I fitted the engine last year and the engine didn’t come with the van,I have found that the starter motor has been rubbing on the fly wheel when starting,it’s been rubbing at the bottom of the shaft on the bearing type part which has caused it to wear it breaking the starter motor.you can see on the flywheel where it has rubbed.the flywheel is 215 I think and has a lip on the surface and I am thinking I may need a 200 flywheel and clutch but wondered if anyone has heard of this problem as don’t want to wast money buying the wrong partsmany thanks
