Foam air filter

I basically just need some round Foam filter with the following dimensions:

ID 4" OD 6" Height 6cm (sorry for crossing units)

Anyone know anywhere I can source it quickly?

Or if anyone knows of a filter with these dimensions that would be good too.

It's to fit a 1.7 litre 72 westy with a Holley carb fitted.

If you have no luck right now go for a piece of Loafer sponge, cut to size for a quick fix.
Then replace asap. Get you out of a hole. Look for the similar holes in the sponge as the filter.
