This is a 1969 Californian Westfalia Camper, 1600cc air cooled single port engine with standard carb. Much sought after tax free early bay window.
Hi All,
I am selling my beloved van due to lack of funds and do not have the time.
In summary
I have owned the van for 2 years and have spent almost £5k. Bought the van for £5.5K
The front end has been completely restored.
The Engine has been recondition and serviced.
Fuel tank has been removed, cleaned and new fuel lines installed.
All the Electrics have been checked and working apart from the heater exchanger (might have been disconnected at some point in its life).
Note all this work has been carried out by Danny from foxandsons
Original paintwork Pearl white in colour
Very clean Westfalia Interior consisting of:
• Rock & Roll bed
• Small/large Wardrobe in back
• Plenty of extra storage space under the rear seat
• Table & a rear facing buddy seat with storage space underneath
• Cool box & sink with usual Westfalia extras inc 2 fold up tables & spice rack
• Single child hammock in roof when pop top is up.
• 12months Tax (Tax Exempt)
• MOT due in October 2011.
• Under body completely wax-oiled
Work that needs to be completed:
• Guttering
• Engine door needs to be replaced.
• Cab doors are ok however I intended to replace them. ( I have 2 very excellent dry cali doors rust free additional cost if wanted)
Extras included in price
• New front indicator lenses
• Full breathable camper cover
• Windscreen protector
