For sale, Royal traveller awning, needs repair.

For sale, a royal traveller drive away awning, all good apart from the flap that connects the awning to the bus has ripped. Fixable, I'm sure but I got hold of a Khyam. All the parts are there including a bedroom and groundsheet.
Offers? £40 ish?
