Found a US polling card.....

Its very deteriorated but readable in places

Treasurer i cant make out :?
Pa---ney or possibly Pa--tne. Anybody know how i can figure out who was the treasurer(or candidate for treasurer) please? Looks like any time between 1970 and 86.

That my van may have spent its early life in Sanfransisco.

I just wanted to know if anyone knows who the treasurer (Candidate) was.

Ive had my van 5 years and it was imported in 2008.
Before then i have NO history other than a Cal state University sticker in the back window.
