As the title says, I have an early 1970's vintage French trailer available for someone who can make good use of it. I acquired it several years ago and it's just sat in the garden since - but I'm having surgery on my leg the week after next and I promised my wife it would be gone before then - so it will need to be collected from my home in Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1HW about 5 minutes from J9, M27) as soon as possible!
The good bits:
It's old! Just kidding, it's a classic and beautiful French design (if a trailer can ever be considered beautiful!), a "Lama" made by Remorque - this firm is still in business so spares are still available.
It would look great towed behind a van!
Also included is a spare wheel, UK adapter for the electrics, spare rubber bands for the suspension (see below) and vintage trailer lock.
I have the original fitted tarp cover which could be used for a pattern.
The previous owner put a hinged aluminium checker-plate lid on it - free checker-plate!!
It's FREE!
The bad bits:
The rubber band suspension has perished/cracked and fallen off - I have NOS spares but they are also cracked and I'm pretty sure you'd need new ones (available from places like this: http://www.franc-online.com/index.php?cPath=130_37_133).
It's a resto project, some of the metal work will need repair, I haven't had a really close look but there is definitely work to be done.
I'm not sure it could be towed away - I suspect that in the interests of public safety it should be put in the back of a van or on another larger trailer!
Access to my garden is limited so removal will require 2 strong blokes so that the trailer can be carried on its' end to the service road (about 20 feet or so). It doesn't weigh a ton, but you'll need to be strong!
So there you go, a great chance to get that vintage trailer you always promised yourself - it will need work but is a great starting point!
If you are:
A. Serious about having it
B. Can collect with a trailer or van within the next week or so
C. Have at least one strong mate, it's yours!
Send me a PM and I'll get back to everyone ASAP

This is the same/very similar model in pristine condition:
Another nice one in the same colours as the model offered by me:
