Front beam weight

Hi,

Anybody know the weight of a bus front beam (a weedeater to be specific ) so I can arrange collection with a courier?

Not sure about a custom beam but for shipping weights I usually use http://www.csp-shop.de
just add any item to your basket and you'll get it. :wink:

FYI:
I selected a narrowed Type 2 beam (401 061 255VK Adjustable Axle Beam Type-2 narrowed (Adjustable Axle Beam narrowed for Typ-2 55-63 (64-67 with drop arm bolt))) and it said 15.5kg

When I selected a more stock looking beam (401 061 268V Adjustable Axle Beam Type-2 (Adjustable A Beam Bus 68-69)) the weight was 23.5kg

I'm guessing the weedeater won't weigh more than the stock looking beam so I should be ok.

Posted a 6 volt flywheel and that weighed in at 10.6 Kgs

try http://www.senditnow.com, they do items up to 30kgs for £10 anywhere in the uk and the online booking is a breeze.

the beam wont weigh more than 30kgs for sure, even factoring in packaging weight.
