Front clip replacement on my crossover.

My front panel is shot in several places now so i've got to the point where I have to replacce it.

I'm going to get a C&C early front kit, anyone got any experience fitting one?
Tips on best way to remove the old one, where to drill out spot welds etc,
Tips on fitting the new one and any problem areas to pay special attention to would be great.
