Hi who has fitted a complete front floor? Got any tips or pics how hard/easy is it? Only done the repair sections on outer edge before
cheers

I did put " green panels" floor in. Fit was good. I took the old floor off in small sections leaving the edges there. Carefully
Looking underside not to cut anything important with grinder. Last I drilled all the spotwelds off round remaining edges.
(About 1-2" I left there all around and few spotwelded sections in middle area)
Made the repairs in framebeams, welded brackets for gaspedal to new floor ( from old floor) , predrilled spotweldpoints and painted frametops and underside new floor.
After that it was only to put new floor in and weld the spot around and in the middle to frametops. Some force needed to push floor down in the middle to contact frame properly. And don't forget to align shifter hole before first weld.
