Fuel filter

I have just had engine rebuilt.
Putting new fuel pipes in and wondered. Where is best to put the inline filter, so not to hard to get to to to check fuel is there and easy to change, but not somewhere classed as at risk of catching fire, use to be just before the fuel pump.

Most people put the filter above the gearbox now. Not great for access but not too bad. I don’t have a rusty fuel tank so mines been in 3 years and looks ok.
Maybe I’ll change it though in the spring.
