Fuel tank sendor - replace or not?

Hi all

My fuel gauge / sendor unit seems to work fine and looks orig. should I replace this while I have engine and tank out or is it one of these cases where orig sendor unit is prob better quality then repro?!

Mine was working fine but I replaced it with a new one as the engine was coming out

The new one didn't work so it was replaced with the old one.

The quality of some parts nowadays is absolutely ****

Good to know.... I've started to realise throwing old bits isn't the best move!
