gear stick/linkage refurb kits

Anyone know a good source for a refurb kit for my gear stick and linkage?

no one replaced bushes and springs and bits on the bottom of their gear stick? ok no worries.

I haven't bought any new, sorry. Just used bits from old gearshifts I've got in the garage.

I've found that my gearstick just doesn't feel as good as it did, which I partly put down to the tons of salt from the road stuck in all the little bits and bobs on my van. When I raised this topic on JustKampers nearly everybody said that the refurb kits were ***** and the suggestion was just to dismantle, lubricate and re-assemble unless something is completely goosed don't replace it. Hope this helps.

Surely if it's a part that wears over time there must be an improvement if a new (quality) part is fitted?

yeah for sure.. justthinking maybe the parts are not quality then..

when i changed the ball joints etc in my t25.. wow wot a diff. no more sloppy crap.. it was great (in comparison!)

heritage do bits.. and ive got another t25 kit. im gunna measure up and see if its poss to make it fit!
