What do I need to buy for a 1969 bay?

Exploded diagram on p38 of the Heritage Catalogue.I found the gearshift coupling to be very poor,fell apart after 6 months,so now the cage has been welded and the screw replaced with a suitable nut and bolt. Really makes a difference doing bushes and coupling,I also replaced the original stick with a quickshift.

I've got the catalogue, but what do I need to buy. Do I need both items 18 and 19, or just one of them?

You need small bush for front shift rod,2 shuttlecock bushes for rear shift rod inside shift rod tube and change the rear shift coupling to a urethane one.
