evening - any particular grease better for the sliding door or will any do?? cheers.

Any grease is better than none!

It shouldn't matter what you use. The LM yellow stuff is normal to use.

I have found that molybdenum grease is best. Molybdenum is like graphite and will still provide lubrication after the grease has dried up, i have also found that it makes the door quieter on the runners.
