Seems reasonable - Fishbrain were selling the sleeper without groundsheet for £399 @ vanwest.
Are fittings included or are they extra? (pole or figure of 8?)

I've just bought the khyam sleeper from the 'outdoor megastore' on the net for £399 including postage. The fitted ground sheet is £35. A group buy should give discount you would think. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. I'm expecting a quotation from Fishbrain and Outdoor Mega today or tomorrow and expect to beat the current best prices listed above. I belive "fittings" are included and I'll clarify exactly what they are (figure 8's I believe)

I bought my awning at bustypes for £385 (usual price £440)
