Not sure if anyone knows this but thought i'd ask just in case,
My Daily drive, a rover 200 1.8, is going in for its MOT on thursday and i have just changed the rear pads and set up the handbrake, but the handbrake has about 7 clicks / ratchets before it holds the car, Is this to much?
What do most common cars handbrakes ratchet to?
I can easily adjust it but dont want to over do it and stretch / break the cable

Cheers,
As soon as it passes it time to sell.
I had a mad moment a few months ago and bought a Rover, dont ask it was a panic buy, and now the MOT is thursday

Well the car flew through the MOT and i have now PX'd it against another Rover........

Yeah another Rover but this time its a Rover MINI 1275 'Italian Job' 27000 miles from new,FSH 2 owners, alloy wheels, half leather interior.
Hopefully it will be ready to collect this week :D :D :D 8) 8) 8)
