I have a problem. My headlights appear to be stuck on full beam. Having checked the Bentley manual it would seem that the headlight relay is at fault.

Now this is situated behind the fuse box. So I have to take the fuse box out to get to the relay.

Should I be worried about taking the fuse box out....cause I am!! Do the wires tend to have a bit of slack in them?

dont worry mate all will be fine, just discontect the battery if your worried 8) i alwayus do this when i am doing any electrical stuff, to many shocked arms to do anything else

WHS - its as good to dis the battery remove the fuse box and position it so nothing shorts and if you want to trace the 12V connect the battery again....

Its only 12V but it will make you jump....

Cheers fellas - is there usually some slack in the wires and are they usually pretty secure...I don't want anything to come disconnected?

there is a bit of slack with em, just go slowly and all will be good 8)

I found when moving my fuse box around a couple of wires came off,but it was easy to see where they came from look for the shiny terminals on the fusebox,it won't have come off the ones which are dirty and tarnished.Tighten the connector up on the wire that came off and push it back from where it came from! Don't worry just go for it!
