Headliner Alternative Ideas ?

My bus has no headliner and I can't afford the £500+ to get a proper one fitted. Any ideas on a cheaper and easy diy fit. My bus is ratty so something in keeping with that look would be good. Pictures advice and or ideas would be cool.

Plywood and **** loads of old comic / porno cut-outs. Time consuming, but would suit your look!
