Heat Exchanger clamp ?

Ive just trial fitted my Exhaust/Heat Exchangers and Ive got a gap :? What part am I missing from here

Just looked at Heritage parts book and it lists a clamp,
part No 113-255-341/A.Surely the pipes have to be closer together for any kind of clamp to fit :?
