Here we go again ................

This is Helga a 72 west crossover,a little rough around the edges but solid , noting a couple of small patches and a new battery tray wont fix, Looks like Jill and I will be busy with the scotch bright pads over the coming weeks taking off all the layers of paint to revel her true beauty.

Hi been away for a while here is a quick update

there a bit of rot in the ole girl

and a couple of large dents and a hole where teh battery should go!

new metal going in !

and a bit of paint

Now for the next round of work to be done, next up the rear arches will need to be repaired blended in and mop the rest of the paint , here is a look to show you what is possible with the paint work.

hopefully won't take too long and cost too much. I have been also been collecting parts as the old 1700 engine was toast so I am going to convert it to run a T 1 engine in order to do this I now have the. Complete upright 2 piece tin wear and engine cross bar , I have also picked up a new delux D window, oe front badge, indicators rear hella rear lights lenses and a set of cross over bumpers and splash pans.

Well that's me well skint now.

I will try post up pictures of all of the parts soon.
