I 'assume' this is my M-Plate but can't get my head around it.
I didn't have any problems with my previous 'cough' late 'cough' bay.

Anyone fancy running the numbers for me?

its behind the seat on the bulkhead, not where the cupboards are!! Pull your seat forward and you should see it

Is that a 68/69 van? The layout of the m plate is a bit different I think for those years, so make sure you're entering the right info in the correct places on the website.

Also check both sides. Mine has a plate that looks like an M Plate on one side but means noting when you try to decode it. I checked behind the other seat and it was there.

No that's the right layout for a 70MY onwards, 68/69 have the actual build date in the top left hand corner, whereas 70 on it goes to a week code and day of week

the mistake I made was trying to put my 70 M-plate into the 69 section.

the bus is an H plate , 69 on the v5 & the mplate site says built dec69. but 70 mplate

That's because it's a 70MY bus which were built between August 69 and July 70

No it tells you on the link that George (gvee) posted further up the thread, it was built on the 9th December 1969 but it's still a 70my bus.

The 50 2 bit tells you this, week 50 of production in 1969 and 2nd day of the week

Here you go
