Help!!!!Gear shifter / selector rod for LHD 79 panel

Hi there to all, can anyone point me in the right direction im looking to replace the gearshifter for my 79 bay all the uk suppliers only seem to do ones for RHD im looking at an empi or scat type also i want to replace the shift rod also does anyone know if the RHD ones are the same as the LHD
