Advice on touch-up paint please.
Tigger was restored 2011 in Pastel White over Brilliant Orange. Looking to add a bit more paint into the gutter channels but Cellulose spray can lifts the paint underneath the top coat already applied. I am not sure what type of paint was used in restoration, but I suspect the celllulose is reacting with an oil-based paint. What effect do the newer water based paints have under cellulose. Could anyone recommend a paint in L90D which would not react with that underneath. No serios damage to date as only confined to inside the guller and 2mm of roof dome.
