Ok this is whats happening, EVERYTHING is new, Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder, Break Lines, Rear Hubs, Shoes, Springs, Spreader Plates, all brakes bled correctly, master cylinder push rod adjusted correctly, all spring are in the correct position
the problem is the spreader plate is lose between the two brake shoes, moves about 10 mm side to side, so i am unable to adjust the hand brake,
what is happening is the slave cylinder pistons are not retracting back far enough after the brake pedal has been released thus increasing the gap between the shoes and making the spreader plate lose
if i undo the bleed nipple and let some fluid out the pistons can be pushed back in the cylinder if i dont do that they are solid
need some help please

PS, its a 1969 early bay with late bay rear brakes and front calipers

Thanks Vinvan
