Help with song name

I heard a song a couple of days ago on the radio and missed the titel/artist. It was in my head all that day and now i cant even remember how it goes...................... It might be used on the telly as im sure ive heard it before. All as i can remember is it very catchy and has got like a whisteling section. HELP im going insane.
