I've got speaker cables going round the front kick panels and under the matting, which I don't really like. I would like the option of having a clean metal floor.

So where can I hide/route the wires?

Under the floor??

Yes thinking about it there isn't anywhere else for them to go. I'm guessing I can utilize an existing hole somewhere. They will then need to feed back in to the cab behind the drivers seat as a load of them go under the floor to the amp/speakers under the R&R seat. (TBH I didn't put the sound system in the PO did, I never use it when I'm driving, I like to listen to the engine - suppose it'll be good for campsite music!)

Most of mine are overhead , along and in the cant rails (sub frames under the roof panel) then down the post next to the windscreen, some on each side. I also have draw strings in there so that , if required, I can draw more through but I’ve got a few in there now and it’s starting to become a struggle getting them through the small holes where the post meets the rails. This is only achievable if you have the roof lining out though. Under the floor starts to hold dirt after a while unless you address it as a loom.

I’ve got a blue tooth block rocker type portable speaker that’s good for seventy hours allegedly , it’s quite a good sound. As it’s portable, you’ll need to be a little security conscious and I have mine padlocked to the van most of the time. It’s the size of a small suitcase about the size you’re allowed on these budgety type airlines and great for plonking outside of your veee hicjle once parked and camping proper. Mine sort of fits between and behind the front seats. It’s got a radio too but not used that to any degree.
