Home at last, merry Xmas to you all

Gave up my Holliday to get pumping stations and power back to them but got it done last night all be alot running on Tennyson but home with family for Christmas happy Xmas to you all and have a great day.

Did get home for Christmas Day ,I live very close to yalding Kent ,felt so sorry for them being flooded ,another village I work near was badly flooded ,we got the generator running so we could restore drinking water and offered power from the site to the pub wich wasn't under water ,friends said why did you volunteer to go in ,my reply was would you like to be flooded or without powere Christmas Day ,worse still how would you have felt if you woke Christmas Day and couldn't put the kettle because you had no tap water.i wish I could have done more to help others .on that note gents ime on call again tonight so happy new year to you all ,I hope to get my bus back on the road by the end of the new year but all the best to you all

Well only one call out last night, 00.30 so saw the new year in with the kids. The call out was kinda sad tho lol ,had an alarm call for a genny bund alarm ,the genny is real old school one 45plus year old so no computer running it ,we'll I think it's died ,blocks cracked.but it's run 5plus days without a break .if you've gotta bad head today boys and girls but your feet up and chill coz I am lol
