how to fix hole in roof

have a pop top opening which is covered with vinyl pop on top, would like to restore tin top, does anyone make replacement panels? The hole is within the pressed line about 4 inches from the gutter. An old roof would do, I dont need the gutters, so a rotten gutter roof is enough if someone has one left over after fitting replacement.
