How to remove passenger seat bracket?

Hi all, I'm welding in some t25 runners to fit my later style seats and have come to the point I need to remove the passenger seat bracket.

Is it held on by 8 tiny spot welds and one seam on the side?

Hoping to remove it without too much collateral damage!

Done - will add a couple of pics on my build thread. Drilled the spot welds out (6 of them), cut the little seam weld and them broke it free with a pry bar. Tore the metal a little and a couple of the spot welds got drilled right through so welded them back up.

Looks a dogs dinner but does the job!
