We all have a few ideas about our perfect VW - mine is an Early Bay Double Cab Pickup like this...

...(or a Frid, or a Thing, or a Karmann Convertible Bug, or a Heb - well, you get the idea!) - tell us about yours...

Watched 'Beetle Crissis' this morning and the Heb on that show was to die for ($5000 for the steering wheel and $1000 for the centre cap!!!) - but was nice though 8)

Thinks' for me, a very early Karmann Beetle or a Karmann Ghia but will have to see what santa brings :D

In terms of bays my dream vehicle would be John King's crew cab. Absolutely awesome.

With regard to any VW it'd be an early cal Ghia with a big engine, rolling on Fuches, (guess that's why I'm building one at the moment! )

I'd love a karmann Ghia drop top slammed with polished fuch's and a big power plant.

When i have enough money to justify a non family car i'll get one. At this rate though i'll be 100.

Early crewcab, Karmann Ghia cabriolet, 181 trekker, T25 Syncro (crew or multivan).

thinking of getting an Eriba for next years camping.

Maybe even a T4 or 5 for those cold winter days.

I have mine! A 1971, RHD, UK supplied, deluxe with steel sliding sunroof. It's currently at South Coast Kustoms having a full inside, outside and underside resto...

have to second this :D would be my dream VW, id even take it before a Heb

My dream would be the earliest original RHD Notch in the uk..............hang on! got it now!

A '68 deluxe rhd with every extra would be ideal! For rarity, a coachbuilt like a wendler or a dannenhauer and stauss would do just fine!
If i won the lottery id probably ave to buy a showroom just to house the vee dubs id buy mmmm!

To eventually at some point get my bus back on the road....unfortunately crimbo prezzies and a wife that likes spending on others is my stumbling block now....
