What do people do with the interior of their pop tops? I have a bare and dirty interior on my dormy roof and was just going to paint it white. Any other ideas
I've just insulated mine with 25mm of celotex stuck up with 'Sticks like ****'. I just love saying that  I've got a 3mm foamex ceiling to go over that and it's all cut and ready to fit just as soon as Little Dog (nephew) gets his digit removed and finishes it off for me with vinyl graphics. It's a sort of a beach scene with an overview of the Milky Way. This should work ok so long as the foamex doesn't distort like it did in my magic blinds invention  And they was looking pretty amazing until the hot day hit them and they puckered up like a hookers knicker elastic  oh well here comes plan eight hundred and fourteen part two.
well obviously i spend days flatting it and had it painted pearl white / buffed like glass to match the van, and covered the support bar in perforated ivory vinyl, installed that with polished stainless bolts
I had mine done is stretchy carpet from Rob at Van Wizard near where I live in Belper (Derbys). Looks lovely. The one bit we struggled with was the 'dip' (when viewed from inside) between the two glass windows, so we cut some board to fill that gap and smoothed it over - it was too much of a stretch for the carpet stuff and pulled the rest of the shape out of square. I then reinstalled all the window seals and hinge plates etc after (all cleaned and powered coated mechanisms and stainless bolts, of course .
It later occurred to me that the central push-up bar could also have been replaced with something a little less heath-robinson and blended into the carpeting.
